The Winter Wellness Program Benefits

This series of self-care wellness training videos will teach you how to identify key indicators for gauging when your health is off. This series of videos will focus on immunity, digestive support, emotional balancing, and sleep regulating for winter.

 

I will be sharing these scientific east/west practices:

  • The yoga therapeutic flow sessions are designed to support deeper sleep at night, being more awake during the day; increased tendency to feel refreshed, light, more dynamic, flexible, stable, and steady.

  • Meridian point palpation assessments and treatments – meridian points are junctions where the ability/ inability for life force and blood to travel unimpeded affect everything inside of us. These points can be used to both assess treatment strategies and implement them to affect mood, systemic functions, and more!

  • Learn how to use correspondence, self-healing treatments using marma/acutherapy points on the hands, with charts that go with it. There is so much we can shift in ourselves to help assist a thorough healing in our bodies…when we have the knowledge of how to read our own correspondence points blueprints.

  • Tongue analysis- Your tongue offers a blueprint of your inner health. Learn which parts of the tongue correspond with which organ and learn to read tongue body shape, coating, signs of dampness or inflammation as indications of things to change in your diet or lifestyle. This is invaluable for good self-care!

  • Increase your confidence in your own ability to assess and gauge what’s off and what’s on as you fine-tune your understanding of what your body is mirroring for you
