What is NET and how can it change your life?
Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is a mind-body therapy that identifies and releases unresolved emotional stress "stuck" in the body, which can cause physical pain, behavioral issues, and other symptoms, by linking muscle weakness (using kinesiology) to specific emotional memories and then releasing them through acupressure and other methods, helping the body heal itself from conditions like headaches, anxiety, phobias, and digestive problems.
How NET works

Mind-Body Connection: NET is based on the idea that past stressful events can leave physical imprints (like tight muscles or organ dysfunction) because emotions trigger physiological responses (hormones, neurochemicals) that get "stuck".

Manual Muscle Testing (Kinesiology): A practitioner uses muscle testing to find neurological imbalances and pinpoint specific unresolved emotions linked to physical symptoms.

Emotional Recall: You recall a memory associated with the emotion while the practitioner applies pressure to specific meridian points (like acupuncture points) and potentially adjusts spinal areas.

Release: This process aims to break the emotional-physical connection, allowing the nervous system to process the memory and release the stuck emotion, restoring balance (homeostasis).
